Ready to Get Started

Working together is simple, thoughtful, and intentionally structured — so your travel feels exciting, not overwhelming.

Step One: Submit a Trip Request

Begin by completing the trip request form. This helps me understand your travel goals, timeline, and priorities before we connect.

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email and next steps.

start your trip request

Step Two: Let’s Connect

For new clients, I offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call.

This is a chance for us to:

  • Talk through your vision and priorities
  • Determine the best level of support
  • Ensure we’re a good fit before moving forward

Travel is personal and collaborative. The best experiences come from clear communication, mutual trust, and aligned expectations.

A Sustainable Way to Travel — and to Work Together

You can work with me as much — or as little — as you’d like.

Custom Trip Planning

I offer several planning tiers depending on the scope and complexity of your trip — from light guidance to full-service planning and support.

Planning fees are transparent, applied per trip, and outlined clearly before planning begins.

Hotel Bookings with VIP Perks

Already know where you’re going? You can book select 4–5★ hotels through my preferred partner network and enjoy added benefits like daily breakfast, property credits, upgrades (when available), and added advocacy — with no planning fee.

Timing & Planning Guidance

Thoughtful travel benefits from advance planning. As a general guide:

  • Flights: 10–11 months out
  • Hotels: 7–11 months out
  • Tours & Transfers: 3–6 months out
  • Passports: Apply at least 6 months in advance
  • Dining, Spa & Special Experiences: 1+ month out (varies by destination)

A few notes:

  • Safaris, cruises, and peak-season travel should be planned 12+ months out
  • Weddings, group trips, and retreats benefit from early planning
  • Visa and entry requirements can change — always confirm well in advance

A Few Things to Know

  • My business hours are based in Porto, Portugal, and align with Western European Time (WET), 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.
  • To maintain a sustainable planning process, communication outside of business hours is limited to email only.
  • Response times during planning are 2–3 business days.
  • Urgent, time-sensitive matters are prioritized.
  • I intentionally limit the number of trips I plan at one time to ensure thoughtful care.
  • Emily Everywhere Travel, my U.S.-based counterpart, supports clients stateside and works closely with me throughout the process.
  • Group travel, retreats, and celebrations are considered on a limited, case-by-case basis, depending on scope and timing.
