LET'S CONNECT

Not sure where to start? That’s exactly what we’re here for.

For new clients, we offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call — because travel isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every itinerary is tailored to your unique style, preferences, and expectations.

Travel is personal and deeply experiential. The best trips happen when there’s trust, honesty, and open dialogue. That’s why we take the time to get to know you — and in return, we ask that clients communicate openly throughout the planning process.

BOOK YOUR WAY

You can work with us as much — or as little — as you’d like.

  • Full-Service Planning →  We handle every detail, from flights and hotels to transfers, guides, and dining. Planning fees may apply depending on the scope and complexity of your request. But in every case, our goal is to deliver a seamless, elevated experience with incredible value.

  • Self-Booking Portal → Prefer to book your own hotel? Through our exclusive Coastline portal, you can search hotels worldwide and still unlock our VIP perks (think upgrades, breakfast, resort credits, and special touches). Every booking is tied back to us, which means you’ll still have our follow-up, support, and insider connections behind the scenes.

BOOK WITH PERKS

TIMING IS EVERYTHING

To secure the best pricing, availability, and options, we recommend starting the planning process:

✔ Flights: 10–11 months out

✔ Accommodations: 7–11 months out

✔ Tours & Transfers: 3–6 months out

✔ Passports: Apply at least 6 months out (if needed)

✔ Dining, Spa & Special Events: 1+ month out (timing varies by destination and event type)

💡 Pro Tips:

  • For cruises or safaris, begin planning at least one year in advance.
  • For high-demand restaurants, seasonal festivals, or major events, secure reservations as early as possible. For weddings, group trips, or corporate retreats, we recommend starting a year out to ensure the best options.
  • Visa and entry requirements can change — always confirm well in advance.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

New & upcoming travel authorization rules to watch:

United Kingdom (ETA):

  • From January 8, 2025, most visa-exempt travelers to the UK (including U.S. citizens) must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) for short stays (up to 6 months).
  • Valid for multiple entries over two years (or until passport expiry).
  • ETA is also required for certain UK territories, such as Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.
  • While some transits may be exempt if you remain airside, we strongly recommend obtaining an ETA if you’re connecting through London or another UK hub. If a delay forces you to overnight or pass through border control, having an ETA saves a major headache.
  • Note: ETA is not a visa, and does not guarantee entry — border officers make the final call.

Saint Kitts & Nevis (ETA effective May 26, 2025):

  • Starting May 26, 2025, all foreign travelers will need to apply for an ETA via the official e-Border system or app before arrival.

Schengen / Europe (ETIAS, coming soon):

  • The EU will introduce the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) in the last quarter of 2026.
  • Visa-exempt travelers (including U.S. citizens) will need ETIAS approval before entering the Schengen Area.
  • Valid for three years (or until passport expiry).
  • No action is required yet; applications will open closer to the launch date.
  • ETIAS is not a visa, but a pre-travel authorization. Standard border requirements still apply.

Travel requirements can change quickly. Clients are responsible for making sure passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry/exit documents are in order. We recommend confirming details through official government sources well in advance of departure.
