NEED SOME GUIDANCE?

Not sure where to start? That’s exactly what we're here for.

For new clients, we offer a complimentary 30-minute planning call—because travel isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every itinerary is tailored to your unique style, preferences, and expectations.

Travel is personal, subjective, and deeply experiential. The best trips happen when there’s trust, honesty, and an open dialogue. That’s why we take the time to get to know you—and in return, I ask that my clients communicate openly throughout the planning process.

Let’s create something unforgettable, together!

WHEN SHOULD I START PLANNING?

Timing is everything. While a few clients reach out too early, many reach out too late!

To secure the best pricing, availability, and options, here is the planning timeline we recommend for the average trip:

✔ Flights: 10–11 months out

✔ Lodging: 7–11 months out

✔ Tours & Transfers: 4–8 months out

✔ Passports: Apply at least 6 months out (if needed)

✔ Dining, Spa & Special Events: 1+ month out (varies by destination)

💡 Pro Tips:

  • For specialty trips, like cruises or safaris, it's best to plan at least one year out.
  • Visa and entry requirements can change—always check well in advance!

Upcoming Travel Requirements for U.S. Travelers:

United Kingdom (Late 2024):

  • U.S. travelers must apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before arrival.
  • Apply online before travel (processing time ~72 hours).
  • Cost: ~£10 per applicant (valid for 2 years or until passport expiry).
  • Visit the official UK government website for updates.

Schengen Zone (Europe) – Starting in 2026:

  • U.S. travelers will need an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System) before entry.
  • Apply online at least a few weeks before travel.
  • Cost: €7 per applicant (valid for 3 years or until passport expiry).
  • Visit the official ETIAS website for details once live.

Note: Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with passport, visa, vaccination, and entry/exit requirements for their destination(s). I strongly recommend checking official government sources before travel.
